Carbon Conductive Ink or Paste

The main applications of Carbon Conductive Inks or Pastes are contact pads for remote controls, resistors and potentiometer, cross-over contacts to reduce multilayer count in certain cases and are also recently used in mobile phones to substitute gold touch pads. The high quality conductive inks (pastes) SD 2841 HAL-IR and SD 2841 HAL fully cover these application and provide excellent long term in-use results.

Carbon Conductive Inks

Carbon Conductive inks (pastes) cover a conductivity range from 13 to 20 Ohm/square. Applied by screen-printing they offer a high definition and excellent resistance to hot air leveling (HASL). The conductivity of the carbon pastes can be adjusted with SD 2801 HAL, a non-conductive paste. The reactive thinner VZ 5404 is available for viscosity adjustments.
