Business Manager – Mandarin Native Speaker (m/f)

Job Scope:

  • Overall responsible for Marketing and Sales functions of all product areas both Print Circuited Board and General Metal Finishing for all Taiwanese customers
  • Market development, market research and analysis of result
  • Management of customer sales & technical groups to ensure management targets are achieved
  • Identifying new business opportunities and developing marketing plan for Taiwanese market
  • Ensure relevant staff is involved in resolving customer rejects/complaints
  • Participate in preventive action meeting
  • Recommend quality improvement measure to the immediate superior
  • Participate in quality system review
  • Identify and initiate actions to prevent nonconformity relating to internal process and relevant quality system from occurring
  • Ensure customer services are appropriately carried out
  • Prepare quotation following customer's sales enquiry


Qualifications:

  • Taiwanese Nationality
  • Graduated in Engineering or Science or related field, preferable with Master Degree
  • Experience in printed circuit board industry or related field is advantage
  • Printed circuit experience is advantage
  • Possess native speaker level Mandarin and English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Strategic thinker in depth marketing knowledge and sharp analytical skill
  • Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

  • Base salary with car allowance, one month fixed bonus and variable bonus
