Technical Sales Engineer - Japanese Native Speaker (m/f)

Technical Sales Engineer – Japanese Native Speaker (m/f)

Job Scope:

  • Manage achievement of sales targets
  • Ensure that all customer processes from Atotech are performing to the customer's satisfaction in terms of quality and efficiency
    - Provide timely, thorough and professional response to any existing problems in the customer process
    - Continuous process improvement to meet/exceed customer expectations in terms of quality and efficiency
  • Provide installation of new Atotech processes or Atotech systems at the customer facility
    - Help plan all aspects of installations including all chemical and mechanical issues
  • Be responsible for all technical communication between all Atotech departments and the customer
    - Attend all required technical meetings and communicate activities to appropriate people
    - Normal communication from Technical Support Engineer
    - All information from other regions, product specialists, etc must be approved by the Technical Support Engineer before being given to the customer
  • Provide technical sales support
    - Provide technical assistance to the sales team
    - Run chemical trials
    - Provide competitor information
    - Discover opportunities
  • Provide excellent customer services, assisting in resolving technical difficulty


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electroplating or related field
  • Minimum 2 years experience in selling or technical support in the same or related industry
  • At least one year experience in electronic-plating
  • Self motivated, enthusiastic, service mind and well organized
  • Planning & execution, problem solving, and result orientation
  • Presentation, negotiation and project management skills
  • Attention to document work and deadline oriented
  • Problem solving, inter-personnel skill with ability to independently to handle business
  • Competent computer skills
  • Good command of Japanese and English both spoken and writing skills
  • Be able to drive, and own international driver license

  • Base salary with car allowance, one month fixed bonus and variable bonus
