This results in a significantly reduced amount of chemical consumption and wastewater. Uniplate systems offer clear health- related advantages to operating personnel, as they require less handling and have greatly improved exhaust efficiency in an almost closed system. Electrolytic Plating of Cu with InPulse Technology The new Superfilling process reduces the deposition of copper on the PCB surface by 50%. A 75% reduction in processing can be achieved with the corresponding cost savings compared to conventional through-hole plugging methods.
