Interlox® Phosphate 5011

Interlox® Phosphate 5011 are highly concentrated liquid phosphating compounds for use by immersion phosphatizing methods. Interlox® Phosphate 5011 produces a microcrystalline zinc-calcium phosphate coating. Advantages include:

• Designed to produce a very fine-grained, zinc calcium phosphate coating for pre-paint and rubber adhesive bonding systems
• Produces a microcrystalline phosphate coating over ferrous surfaces, as well as zinc and cadmium plated surfaces
• Used as a break-in agent for wear resistant surfaces, such as gears, pins, rocker arms, valves, etc.
• Produces maximum corrosion protection with coating weights ranging from 225-235 milligrams per square foot
• Longer solution life, with low sludging and easy control
