For tin plating on IC outer leads Atotech provides a complete package, ranging from deflash to belt-stripper, combining the benefits of low whisker risk and increased process efficiency. A Ni/Pd/Au system offering operating benefits and process efficiency, in particular high solderability, wire bondability, and trim/form performance is also available.
