To ensure leading edge expertise, Atotech has set up a corporate training program that covers complete production system technology from chemistry and process control to equipment. It takes both individual and market needs into consideration. The objective of this program is to enable Atotech's service and technology teams to provide the best support and a quick response for the day-to-day challenges as well as lending advice on investments for future-oriented technologies.
All TechCenters, their equipment, laboratories, pilot lines and the operation are part of the training program with regular audits to ensure a common global competence and best local service for Atotech customers. Atotech offers E-Training in English and Chinese languages giving a precise and comprehensive tool to assess and ensure success of know-how transfer. Trouble-free process implementation and accurate technical support coupled with highly reliable process performance and monitoring are typical training results.
The OEM Approach
Atotech operates OEM teams for each of the main business units focusing on the needs and requirements of their specific end-markets. The Electronics OEM Group concentrates on Printed Circuit Board Manufacturers, Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), whereas the GMF OEM Group concentrates more on automotive manufacturers, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Tier I/II/III suppliers.
