REACH

REACH entered into force on June 1, 2007 as one of the major European chemicals regulations. REACH aims to ensure protection of human health and environment from exposure to chemicals while enhancing the competitiveness and innovative capacity of the EU chemical industry.

Since it is Atotech's strategy to ultimately replace step-by-step all CMR, toxic and allergenic substances, REACH underlines Atotech's Green Development Roadmap as cited in the Corporate Social Responsibility brochure (which is accessible on atotech.com). REACH facilitates the entry and spreading of new products into the market and creates awareness for sustainability.
