Organic Top Coats

Our Techseal® top coats are aligned with our base coats, resulting in a multifunctional coating which provides chemical and mechanical resistance and fulfills the torque tension requirements.

Organic top coat:

  • Cr(VI)-free
  • Water based, W-versions or solvent based S-versions
  • Improves chemical resistance as well as bimetallic corrosion
  • Suitable for zinc flake coatings as well as Zn and Zn alloy electrodeposits

Techseal®:

  • Available with internal lubricant for torque tension adjustment
  • Available in different colors including black, silver, red, blue, etc.

Techdip®:

  • Especially suited for construction (wood) screws
  • Fulfills the requirements of the ACQ test
  • Large variety for decorative colors incl. metallic effects available
