Superior Sludge

Plants operating the KleerAid® process experience reduction in sludge quantity (a 60% reduction in volume can be achieved) while simultaneously decreasing the water content of the sludge (20% water reduction can be achieved). Superior sludge is easier to remove from the detackification system and is more suitable for recycling applications (concrete, fuel, coatings, plastics...). These benefits reduce plant costs.
