Zinc & Zinc Alloy Electroplating
Traditional electrolytically or mechanically deposited zinc forms the basis of the program. This ensures sacrificial protection of the substrate material, usually recognized as "red rust". A full range of zinc, zinc alloy and mechanical plating products can be provided by Atotech.

Production Technologies | Reflectalloy® ZNA XL | The patented membrane anode system for zinc nickel electrolytes prevents the decomposition of organic additives, the formation of carbonate and sludge. The formation of cyanide is completely avoided. The use of membrane anodes results in reduced operating cost due to lower replenishment and higher productivity. Deposition rates and constant deposit quality from a new solution make up will be maintained under normal production conditions.
