EDEN®

EDEN® (Electro Dialysis for Electroless Nickel) is a fully automated electrodialysis system for electroless nickel processes. It keeps the concentrations of all bath ingredients within a small range and guarantees practically constant process parameters over a potentially unlimited bath life. Lifetimes of more than 4000 MTO and several years of continuous operation have been realised in industrial practice.

EDEN®

EDEN® 400

EDEN® 400 is a long-life electroless nickel bath especially developed for operations with the EDEN® technology. It deposits evenly homogeneous nickel phosphorous alloy coating with 9 - 11% phosphorous. Through continuous regeneration an aging of the electroless nickel bath will be prevented. When contaminations by foreign materials are avoided, the bath has an unlimited lifetime.

EDEN® 300

EDEN® 300 is a long-life electroless nickel bath especially developed for operations with the EDEN® technology. It is a medium phosphorus electroless nickel bath and deposits uniform, hard, bright nickelphosphorous alloys with 8 - 10% phosphorous. Through continuous regeneration, aging of the electroless nickel bath will be prevented. When contamination by foreign materials is avoided, the bath has an unlimited lifetime.
