Flexible Solder Mask - Resist for Flexible PCBs
These resists are photoimageable solder masks specifically developed for flexible PCB surface protection. ELPEMER® SD 24X3 FLEX-HF series are halogen-free (HF), photoimageable solder masks for flexible boards and well cover bending requirements during assembly processes.
Also available are excellent UV-curing solder resists for high throughput flexible applications, e.g. on mobile phone connectors, hand held devices in general or for high reliability requirements. UV curing flexible Soldermask of the series SD 24X0/201 UV-FLEX-HF and SD 23X3 UV-FLEX are suitable for lower resolutions requirements. They perfectly satisfy flexibility requirements as well as thermal loads during lead-free soldering processes.
