Total Filtration System

In keeping with Atotech's innovative approach to solving industry problems, the latest addition to the series of filters is the fully automatic Total Filtration System. The system operates by taking the entire solution output from the stripping chamber, passing it through a series of fine, angled, internal meshes, which separate the resist particles from the solution and allow the filtered solution to return directly to the sump.

The patented device concentrates the resist in the through between the two meshes. The through is connected to an integral Duo-Flo filter. Spray bars constantly wash the mesh screen to prevent them from becoming blocked. The integral Duo-Flo filtration system ensures fast and complete removal of the resist particles, which are concentrated in the through, making this filtration technique the most effective of any system in the world today.
