The Horizon Secure HFz equipment has been specially adapted for processing of advanced IC substrates with a permanent non-etching adhesion process.

The Atotech horizontal equipment consists of the steps required by this simple process in order to ensure optimal performance. Features such as sprays, fluid delivery systems, flood tray and air knives have been specifically selected to guarantee consistent performance with high technology substrate formats.
