Uniplate Systems - Integrated Horizontal Metallization

Atotech's leading integrated horizontal system starting with permanganate desmear, followed by through hole metallization and electrolytic copper process in one line. Integration of deburring machine prior to desmearing as well as handling devices in between the process steps (U-turn, corner station, buffer station etc.) is possible. The system offers reduced manpower due to fully automated system with job-administration for automatic set-up of relevant  process parameters, automatic cleaning programs, event recording, chemical dosing protocoll, production protocoll etc.

All processes are available in different transport systems:

• Reel-to-Reel for plating of ultra thin sheets down to 25µm thickness
• UTS-xs for ultra flex material (25 µm + 2 x 3 µm copper clad)
• UTS-s for panel thickness between 50 µm and 2,4 mm
• UTS-XL for panel thickness up to 6 mm
