Solvent-free Manufacturing of Substrates
ADEPT Technology is Atotech's unique process for creating advanced
dielectrics (RCF and R-RCF) by application of dry powders only, and
thereby completely eliminating the need for organic solvents in the
manufacture of such materials. Each % of market share will generate
annual environmental savings of 32 tonnes of atmospheric carbon dioxide
and 1 MWh of electricity.

Bonding Enhancement
