The 500th Plater

Since the sale of our 1st plater in 1986, we now celebrate the delivery of Atotech's 500th copper plater to our customer CCTC in China.

The 500th plater sold to CCTC is part of a system package consisting of a LBCu6Ip2 line and a stand alone Cu18Ip2 line. All lines are equipped with the Universal Transport System UTS-s for thin material transport. CCTC is going to manufacture HDI products with this system, starting with processing of the buried multilayer board and followed by processing of build-up layers with BMV only as well as BMV and TH on one panel.
