From Clear to Iridescent s

Atotech's conversion coatings are supplementary finishes to impart beneficial and essential characeristics to zinc or zinc alloy coatings. We provide Cr(III) based passivates from blue to iridescent finishes for all zinc and zinc alloy surfaces that combine excellent corrosion protection with a decorative appearance and meet the requirements of a sustainable production. A variety of black coatings is also available for zinc, zinc iron and zinc nickel surfaces.

Tricotect® – Regeneration System for Passivates

Emphazing the Green Approach: Tricotect® is a regeneration system for the continous selective removal of iron and zinc build-ups from passivate solutions. It works on-line and allows for potentially unlimited solution lifetime.
