Futuron® ULTRA – Next Generation Direct Metallization for Plating on Plastics
The Next Generation in Fast, Cost-Effective and Environmentally Compatible Direct Plating
Futuron® Ultra intodruces the next generation in fast, cost-effective and environmentally compatible direct plating. Compared to conventional pretreatement systems for plastic materials, Futuron® Ultra provides outstanding advantages: It eliminates any electroless nickel or electroless copper plating steps, thus considerably increasing the reliability of production and enhancing productivity through the reduced duration of preteatment.
Futuron® Ultra allows to plate ABS and ABS/PC blends with PC-contents up to 65%, a material being more and more used in many modern applications for automotive, sanitary or fashion industries.
