阿托科技是法國最大的企業道爾達石油集團（TOTAL）旗下所屬之跨國企業－Atotech在臺灣的子公司，總部設於德國柏林，係全球最大的化學原料、製程技術和專用設備的供應商，提供化學製程技術、設備、化學品、和服務給晶圓製造、IC封裝、導線架、電路板、電子零組件、航空、車輛、螺絲精密、機械等產業。全球共有40個分公司，提供世界各地的客戶最新的技術以及最好的產品和服務。

Atotech繼承了美國M&T Harshaw (安美特)和德國Schering (先靈)兩家公司的技術和產品，同時於1997年正式成立台灣阿托科技股份有限公司，並於2001年在桃園觀音工業區設立「生產工廠」；2004年成立「先進技術研發中心」，為臺灣電子業技術升級；由於績效卓著，並於2008年在高雄的南區環保科技園區成立第二座「金屬表面先進技術研發中心」，以服務南部客戶，提升提昇台灣汽車、螺絲和電子產業的國際競爭力。第三座先進技術研發中心正在籌建中，準備為半導體業服務，透過臺灣「先進技術研發中心」，不斷開發和引進國際上最尖端的技術，包括了綠色環保科技；希望造就卓越的專業人才、提供客戶更優質的服務、提昇台灣產業的國際競爭力。

阿托科技堅持並徹底實行工業安全衛生與環境保護節能減廢，除了通過ISO 9001品質管理、ISO 14001環境管理、OHSAS 18001安全衛生管理等國際認證，同時，率先國內業者榮獲ISRS國際安全評分系統 Level 7認證和通過ISO 17025實驗室管理系統的國內外認證，建構公司完善的制度與管理系統。並屢次獲得政府的肯定與鼓勵，包括：經濟部中小企業「創新研發績優獎」及「組織學習獎」、桃園縣政府「長青企業–特別貢獻獎」、行政院環保署「事業廢棄物與再生資源清理及資源減量回收再利用–績效優良獎」、經濟部「工業精銳獎」等，我們的宗旨與願景就是奠定「永續ISO 17025發展」的碁石。

阿托科技不斷進行前瞻技術研發及建置清潔生產製程、開發綠色環保產品並通過國際大廠品質認證為使命，經由臺灣先進技術研發中心、協助客戶生產技術與國際環保趨勢接軌。阿托科技更本著「綠色技術，品質第一，客戶至上」的品質政策，不斷地研發和推廣環保新製程，提供綠色產品和技術，讓顧客高枕無憂地，合乎世界的環保標準。希望透過本身的實踐，厲行節能、減廢，實行清潔生產、愛護地球，善盡一己的社會責任。

Atotech was formed with the combined technology and products from America's M&T Harshaw and Germany's Schering companies, and established its presence in Taiwan in 1997. In 2001, production facilities were established in the Guanyin Industrial park in northern Taiwan, and this site was later expanded in 2004 to become our first Advanced Tech Center (ATC) in Taiwan for technology support to our electronics industry customers. To support the competitive needs of our automotive, fastener and electronic customers based in southern Taiwan, a second General Metal Finishing ATC was established in Kaohsiung's Southern Environmental Technology Park in 2008. The third ATC to support our customers in the semiconductor industry is now being planned. Our Advanced Tech Centers have the latest technology, including green technology, and professional and knowledgeable staff to provide the best possible service to our Taiwanese customers in order to help them compete in the global market.

Atotech is compliant with health and safety and environmental resource management through gaining the ISO 9001 Quality Management, ISO 14001 Environmental Management, OHSAS 18001 Health and Safety International Standards. We have also taken the lead in gaining the ISRS International Safety Management Level 7 Standard and the ISO 17025 Laboratory Management System Standard, to create a strong management system within the company. This has been demonstrated by the numerous government awards we've received over the years, including: the Economic Bureau's SME Innovation Research Award and Organizational Learning Award; Taoyuan Government's Evergreen Business Excellence Award; the Executive Yuan's Environmental Resource Management Excellence Award. Our goal is to gain milestone of the permanent ISO 17025 development.
