Legend Ink, Marking Ink, Notation Ink
Besides the classical application of legend inks, marking components on a board for assembly or re-work, special notation inks can be used as reflecting layers for LED on rigid and flexible PCB’s. Our product offer is manifold from different color adjustments to photoimageable types for dense circuits. New especially white marking inks are optimized to cope with lead-free soldering. They show no yellowing even after multiple reflow cycles.
Legend Ink Application
All legend inks products are applied by screen-printing, dried and cured. For viscosity adjustment special thinners are available. For more detailed information on our notation inks, please refer to the datasheets available on your request.
