Flexible Solder Mask - Resist for Flexible PCBs

Solder masks specifically developed for flexible PCB surface protection. Also available are excellent UV- and thermal-curing solder resists for high throughput flexible applications, e.g. on mobile phone connectors, hand held devices in general or for high reliability requirements.

ELPEMER® SD 2463 FLEX-HF series are halogen-free (HF), photoimageable solder masks for flexible boards and well cover bending requirements during assembly processes. UV curing flexible Soldermask of the series SD 2460/201 UV-FLEX-HF and SD 2363 UV-FLEX For lower resolutions requirements, UV-curing solder mask / resists perfectly satisfy flexibility requirements as well as thermal loads during lead-free soldering processes.

Excellent flexibility and reliability
Mainly used for flexible antenna modules, cross-over technology on Rigid panels and cover-coat on rigid-flex boards due to it's excellent temperature stability

1 Component UV-curable screen printing Soldermask
Available in green, white and black
Halogen-Free (Index HF) in accordance with JPCA-ES-01-1999
Excellent flexibility and reliability
Highest resistance in environmental reliability tests as e.g. the salt mist test
