Desmear System for Every Application
The Atotech Securiganth family of smear removal products encompasses universal products for HDI, MLB, Flex-Rigid as well as specialized products for IC Substrate production. These are available for both vertical and horizontal application.
Our Uniplate P equipment for horizontal desmear is specially adapted for use with Atotech chemistry.

OXAMAT - Highly Efficient Permanganate Regeneration System
During permanganate etching MnO4- is consumed while MnO42- and, to a lesser extent, MnO2 are produced. Special features in the Oxamat cells help to regenerate permanganate thus extending the bath life.
