OXAMAT - Highly Efficient Permanganate Regeneration System

During permanganate etching MnO₄^- is consumed while MnO₄^2- and, to a lesser extent, MnO₂ are produced. Special features in the Oxamat cells help to regenerate permanganate thus extending the bath life.
