Aurotech PEP: Electroless palladium bath for your existing ENIG line

For Aurotech CNN or AuNic users with the intention to integrate an electroless palladium bath in their existing ENIG line, Aurotech PEP was developed.  Aurotech PEP is compatible with Atotech's medium phosphorous ENIG processes. Extra tanks for electroless palladium and rinsing have to be added to their plating line.
Aurotech PEP delivers a palladium layer with 4 - 6 % phosphorus by weight.

If soldering, Al-wire and Au-wire bonding have to be performed on one surface than ENEPIG is the ideal layer constellation.
