Processing of thin flexible materials is now available with InPulse 2 equipment.
The line illustrated is capable of producing a continuous roll of material 60µm thick and also 150µm thick and has a copper foil at approx 3µm.
Optimum surface distribution and throwing power in through holes is achieved at current densities up to 10A/dm².
