GravurChrome® is a robust process specifically designed to meet the needs of rotogravure hard Chromium platers. It provides smooth, high hardness deposits for all rotogravure applications and allows for considerable energy savings because of its high efficiency. GravurChrome® includes the new T.C.C. technology (Trivalent Chromium Control).

The T.C.C. technology reliably controls the level of Cr(III) in the bath, with no need for additional ion exchange systems or environmentally unfriendly ancillary Pb anodes and Pb additives. By reducing metallic contamination and increasing bath conductivity, T.C.C. provides savings in electrical energy, longer bath lifetimes and improved plating result with predictable quality. Further processes such as CuFlex® Rotogravure for acid Copper complete the range of products for cylinder preparation.
