Plugging Ink or Paste for PTH or Via Plugging

PP 2794 and PP 2795 are high performance Plugging Inks enabling secure plugging of Plated Through Hole (PTH), inner layer vias, micro-vias and vias in pad. The pastes are available for screen-printing as well as roller coating (see table below). All plugging pastes are solvent-free to ensure no cracking problems during thermal load in subsequent processes. The paste's CTE values are compatible with most common base materials and are in the range of 40 ppm/ºC. All via plugging products comply with UL 94 V0 flammability requirements.
