Thermal-curing Solder mask / Resist for Rigid Boards
For lower resolution down to about 150 microns we offer a range of excellent screen-printable thermal curing soldermask. These thermal curing solder resists are usually preferred for high-reliability application where compatible with the resolution requirements of the PCBs. Various color and viscosity adjustments help to find the optimum solution for application engineers. The table below represents a cross-section of the available thermal curing soldermask products. Information ahead is available by our global or local sales representatives (see Contacts).
