Neoganth® E Activator is the next generation of low Palladium activators for electroless Copper processing. It provides a longer solution life time and reduces consumption due to reduced precipitation and sludge formation and offers excellent coverage on a range of dielectric materials. Operating at only 80ppm Pd, Neoganth® E Activator is less sensitive to fluctuations in Palladium pricing and offers lowest possible operating costs.

Your challenge
Maintaining your process capability while minimizing process costs at all stages within your production flow is a critical factor for all of today’s PCB manufacturers. Pd is the accepted, industry wide method for activation in electroless Copper processing, but has seen heavy price increases over recent years, increasing overall process costs. While offering lower costs, previous generations of low Pd activators have suffered from moderate performance and limited solution stability and bath life.
