Zinni® 220 is an acid zinc nickel system that has thickness distribution similar to alkaline zinc nickel. The throughput improvement allows applicators to be more competitive, while being able to provide comparable / superior corrosion performance. One of Atotech’s hybrid systems, Zinni® 220 + Techdip® Black SL HC topcoat (applied via dip-spin) has garnered the attention of numerous OEM’s due to the consistent black color, chemical / UV resistance, durability and outstanding Neutral Salt Spray performance.
Zintek® ONE HP is a ONE-coat zinc flake finish providing 720 hours Neutral Salt Spray resistance. Applied at 6-8 microns, Zintek® ONE HP provides reliable corrosion protection while helping to reduce process & handling costs, energy consumption and coating line occupancy by lowering energy consumption and processing time by removing the need for a second coating step commonly required for standard zinc flake coatings. Zintek® ONE HP offers a uniform coating thickness distribution with excellent thread fit, assembly and appearance characteristics. Coupled with Zintek® Top XT, or various top coats, performance exceeds 1,000 hours Neutral Salt Spray.
