On March 6, 2017, Atotech announced that Geoff Wild was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the Atotech group. Mr. Wild is an experienced global chemicals industry executive having previously served as the CEO of AZ Electronic Materials, a Carlyle Europe Partners portfolio company until 2012. Mr. Wild currently is a member of the board of directors of Cabot Microelectronics and Materion Corporation. He received his B.Sc. in chemistry from Bath University, UK.
