Satilume® Plus range: The Satilume® Plus range comprises fashionable satin nickel finishes. It provides a variety of fine, regular and very attractive surfaces with a silky and matt decorative appearance.
Cupracid® and CuFlex® are Atotech’s main brands of acid copper processes. Whether the process is dye-containing or dye-free, Atotech can offer the right process to the right application.
Tridur® DB: The two-component deep blue passivate Tridur® DB for alkaline and acid zinc nickel surfaces produces an even, attractive deep blue finish and is suitable for barrel applications.
Zinni® 220: is an acid zinc nickel system that has thickness distribution similar to alkaline zinc nickel. It combines outstanding corrosion protective properties with an improved throwing power resulting in higher thickness in low current density areas. Depending on the requirements, Zinni® 220 allows to choose between bright, semibright or matt coatings.
Zylite®: Atotech’s chloride acid zinc processes from the Zylite® range provide high gloss coatings with superior covering properties and a decorative chromium-like appearance. Zylite® processes are the ideal choice for plating fasteners in barrel application due to their high plating speed.
