The exhibition will take place March 25‒27, 2025, at Messe Stuttgart, Germany, bringing together manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors and suppliers to showcase the latest innovations and trends in the industry.
Innovative corrosion protection and sustainable coating solutions
MKS’ Atotech advanced product line for fasteners and fixing components includes a wide range of electroplating technologies, including zinc, zinc nickel, and zinc iron electrolytes, alongside with passivates and topcoats/sealers. Additionally, the company offers high-performance zinc flake coating systems, featuring our sustainable non-PFAS zinc flake base and topcoats, developed in response to growing environmental demands. These solutions provide superior corrosion resistance, controlled friction properties, and excellent UV and chemical resistance, catering to the automotive, construction, and agricultural industries.

Zintek® Top XT – Inorganic-based, clear topcoat that, when applied over the Zintek ONE HP basecoat, provides 1,000 hours NSST. Zintek Top XT can also be applied over electroplated and passivated layers.
Zintek® Top LV – Thin-layered, silicate-based topcoat proves enhanced corrosion protection, required controlled CoF, and heat loosening properties.
Zintek® Top Black SL – Topcoat provides exceptional results in corrosion protection, appearance, adhesion, ductility, and bendability on electroplated and passivated zinc and zinc alloy finishes.
Modern Cleaners: UniClean® A101/B201 – Cleaner system operating at ultra-low temperatures (35°C), it cuts energy use and CO₂ emissions. Free from phosphates, hard chelators, and amines, it delivers exceptional performance on steel, stainless steel, copper, brass, and zinc.
CMA Closed Loop System – Fully self-contained system integrates plating to rinsing in a seamless closed-loop circuit. Featuring Compact Membrane Anode (CMA) technology, custom additives, a vacuum evaporator, and a freezing unit.
