Zinni AL 650 is the fastest alkaline zinc-nickel process for rack applications, plating up to 20 μm/h at 5 A/dm².
It ensures uniform layer thickness, even on complex geometries, and delivers a bright to semi-bright finish with stable 12–15% nickel composition. Designed for efficiency, it offers high burning resistance, excellent current efficiency, and compatibility with black passivates for superior results like Tridur® ZnNi H5.2.
