For 60 years we have been designing and producing systems for the plating industry at the production site in Feucht, near Nuremberg (Germany), and in Guangzhou (China) since 2003.

Our systems approach, which is characterized by an optimally coordinated interplay of leading electroplating equipment, advanced chemical processes and unparalleled service, ensures the compatibility of chemical processes and lines.

Our equipment, plating lines as well as auxiliary systems, feature state-of-the-art automation technology and are designed to increase the plating efficiency, maximize throughput while minimizing environmental footprint. MKS’ Atotech equipment technology contributes to minimizing energy consumption e.g., with optimized exhaust air systems and wastewater reduction, efficient pumps, and motors, in combination with control system intelligence.



At MKS’ Atotech, chemical process specialists and mechanical engineers optimally interact with each other whilst planning, construction and production to ensure a consistent plating quality, a high plating efficiency and an extended equipment life-time due to the equipment’s secured chemical resistance.



Our high-quality plating systems are aligned with the latest industry roadmaps. Our equipment reduces production costs, improve production efficiency, save chemicals, energy, and water, reduce wastewater, and therefore, reduce our customers’ environmental footprint.

Customer training


We conduct trainings for production management, plant operation, and quality control. At our company, we offer a variety of virtual and onsite trainings. We distinguish between plant-specific and equipment related trainings, process-related and process technology training.

Worldwide service


We offer our customers a leading on-site service with highly trained and experienced local service teams. Our global presence allows for a fast service responsiveness. For our 24/7 service we offer remote control and support via holographic computer devices.
